- Translators (We can never have enough of that.)
- Graphic Designer

Not available at the moment but if you really want to:
- Hard Subbing (Encoding)
- Quality Checking
- Timing (Regular or just Karaoke)

Basically the only requirement we have is for translating, knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, Thai or Spanish is definitely required. But other than that, prior experience or knowledge it's not exactly necessary. For timing... Just have a lot of time and patience. For Quality Checking, Good ENGLISH grammar please! You have to be able to take the Japanese translations and make them flow better.
