Characters: Yamashita Tomohisa, Uchi Hiroki
Location: Secret Meeting Place somewhere in Yamaguchi Territory
Rating: n/a
Warnings: None for now
Status: Incomplete

Uchi looked out of the window of the room thoughtfully. It had been exactly a year now...ever since the night in which the first wave of Dojima Terror had swept over the gangs in Tokyo. And it looked like on this meaningful anniversary, Yamashita Tomohisa, the leader of the Miyamoto Family, was planning to start their counter attack. He'd gotten that much when the other had asked for them to meet in private and secret.

The night was cold and clear and the pale light of the moon added but an even more eerie feel to the dim lit room he was sitting in, waiting for the other party to arrive. He'd long discarded his disguise of the day - he really admired women for walking around in heels for hours - and was now wearing a traditional outfit consisting of a gi and hakama. After all, Yamaguchi was the one most traditionally oriented gangs of the east. And even though he was more revolutionary and modern, Uchi wanted to keep in touch with the roots and tradition. He owed at least that much to the late oyabun.

When the door opened, an old man walking slowly and leaning heavily on a cane entered the room. He could've fooled anyone but Uchi...because behind the thick, rimmed glassed was a pair of young and sharp eyes. A pair of eyes that was easily recognizable to him.

"Tomohisa..." he greeted the other courtly. "Your delay must be in tune with your disguise..."

Characters: Ariake Shizuna, Kuraki Satoru (Kiriyama Akito)
Location: Tokyo University, Chemistry Lab Lecture Room
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: EXPLOSIONS. LOL.
Status: Incomplete

Akito listened to the professor rant about this and that and be careful and safety and if it doesn't bubble that way it's bad and bla bla bla bla...he could tell right away that the man was dead boring and had never just experimented for 'fun' in his life. Most of the students around him looked stuck up and boring as well. It was the downside of actually being allowed to visit this prestigious university's chemistry class once in a while, he figured.

Of course he'd signed up under his alias. Although people from the circles he was known in as that would be shell shocked if they ever found out. After all, he'd had quite the idiot-reputation back at school. Oh well, he'd find some stupid excuse for that, too. Like his 'mother' signed him up through some connections and stuff like that. The idiots would probably believe that. After all he wasn't really going to university. Just this one class. Or he'd be able to say it was because of his 'job'...to learn about chemistry some more or whatever... transporting dangerous goods and things. Yeah that sounded pretty convincing. And realistic. Akito was proud of himself. He'd gotten good at lying. He had to be...because he was living a double-life.

They were paired up for the experiments then and spread out to the different tables with the vials that held the different chemicals and other equipment on them. He'd been paired with a girl. She was rather goodlooking...cute...she'd be Akito's type if he were...well, straight. She reminded him of his ex-girlfriend. There was a gentle aura around her end yet some kind of 'edge'...

He bowed shortly to her and then went about to set up the experiment. From the corner of his eyes he watched as she mixed the chemicals together and noticed with a little bit of excitement that she wasn't being too precise with the measurements. He would've done it the same way. Why do an experiment exactly how it was described just to observe something that you expected to observe anyway because the professor had already done it? Wasn't it a lot more fun to do something else and see what happens as a result?

When she put everything above the bunsen burner to heat it, Akito did reach over to pull her a bit away from the glass cylinder though. And sure enough, a few moment later, there was a loud explosion and smoke erupted from their table.

Akito coughed, waved his hand a bit but was laughing as well as he did. Wonderful. When he looked to the side, he was a little surprised to find the girl laughing as well.

Grinning, he asked, "You're laughing at this. I like you...what's your name? I'm Kuraki Satoru...nice to meet you!" Yes he was sounding rather direct but hey that's how he was after all.

Characters: Yamashita Tomohisa, Hamanaka Bunichi, Itou Masashi
Location: Abandoned Warehouse
Rating: R
Warnings: Violence...and probably lots of blood...
Status: Incomplete

It was a murky day, Bunichi noticed when he looked up at the sky. The Tokyo sky had such an ugly color all the time but...today it was extraordinarily ugly. It was the perfect day for 'things going wrong'. He could feel it. And yet he didn't act on it. At least, not overly. After all, they were still playing a 'game' up here and it would be against the rules to act differently in this situation.

The man who was leading him around looked rather elated though, despite the fact that the day was so dreary. It showed only in his eyes...but Bunichi had enough experience to pick up on little things like that. Which made it so easy for him to manipulate peopel most of the time.

Bunichi himself didn't really 'feel' much most of the time and he stayed unaffected by them. So he would pick up on those things in other people with a sense that most 'normal' people didn't possess. It was like with people who had other disabilities like blindness or muteness...and then their other senses would become sharper in return for the missing one. He'd developed it early on in his childhood already, before Dojima had found him. It came along with his 'invisibility'.

They arrived at the door to the warehouse. This is where things would end.

Reaching inside of his jacket quickly, he drew out a knife and a moment later is had pierced the back of the man's neck and spine. Gurgling and spluttering he died and fell forward into the warehouse. The impact of the body hitting the floor echoed through the whole thing.

Sighing, Bunichi called out, "Yamashita...long time no see."

That 'spy' had been good. To make it in Dojima that long and to actually get to a position where Bunichi himself would talk to him...but he'd been too eager. A weakness many people displayed on the last spurt towards the goal. It would make them tumble and fall eventually. He hadn't actually known which gang the spy was from but he had made an educated guess. Only Yamashita would have the guts and skills to actually place a spy into his ranks this efficiently...and to be able to use the information accordingly.

Plus...the two of them still had some unfinished business.

He smirked lazily, "Nice cane you got there. I've seen you around with it before...the limp makes you look all old and menacing...like the slightly senile patriarchs in the movies..."

Oil into the fire...it was his speciality.

Speaking of fire...he wondered if he'd finally get to see it today. Masashi was at work around here. A backdoor Bunichi had put into place just in case. Nobody else except for Masashi had been told about this...because...the other was the only person who got something close enough to actual 'trust' from Bunichi.

Today, we (or rather I) bring you a rule update for the posting and playing part of the game. As many of our active muses have found a preference for other modes of playing than the forum (or rather parapgraph style playing VS relatively one-liner tags), we pass the following rule:

You are allowed to RP outside the forum (AIM, other messengers, email, LJ, gdocs etc.) IF:
1.) you first make an opening post in the appropriate forum so that other players know what's going to happen there
2.) you post the finished log (or as far as you get) in any form back in that log either as a new post (or several new posts), a link to a gdoc that you can open for people who want to read or a download link to a pdf or word document file (or similar)

If you have any question regarding this new rule, please do not hesitate to ask me.

As for the applications, as of now no new "NEUTRAL" muses can be applied for. All muses have to be tied to the main yakuza-storyline. Muns who have neutral muses as of now (check the neutral territory character overview) are encouraged to integrate their muses into gang activities.

If you want to play other storylines please move them to the general RP forum HERE

Thank you for your cooperation ^^~
